Alton Fitzgerald White is an accomplished actor who has performed in films, on television, and on broadway. I’m featuring him this week in my Artist Spotlight for his work in my favorite broadway musical, The Lion King. Mr. White has played Mufasa in this Tony award-winning show for many years now. He originated the role of Mufasa on the first national tour and performed in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay. Most recently, he has returned to the Broadway company to play King Mufasa!
